My app freezes! Please help.

If the app won't respond or seems to have frozen, please make sure you are using the latest version. To resolve this issue, you can try closing the app and then opening it again.

The way you close the app depends on the type of device you have.

 

iPhone X and later :

1) From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.

2) Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.

3) Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

 

iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and earlier, and iPod touch:

1) Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.

2) Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.

3) Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

 

iPad:

1) From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.

2) Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.

3) Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

 

If the issue still remains, please try following these instructions:

  1. Delete the app.

  2. Download it again.

  3. Tap on the 'Get started' button and enter your personal details as if you’re a new user.

  4. On the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button (at the bottom of the payment screen) to be able to get back into your account and continue using the app.
