My app freezes! Please help.

If an app won't respond or seems to have frozen, please, make sure you are using the latest version of the app. To resolve this issue,  you can try closing the app, then open it again.

In order to close the app, please follow these instructions :

1. Open the Recent Apps list on your Android.

2. Scroll through the apps.

3. Swipe the WalkFit app off the screen

 

However, if you are using a Samsung Galaxy smart phone, please follow the steps below : 

1. Press and hold the Home button

2. Tap task manager

3. Tap End next to an application to close it.

4. To close all running applications, tap End all.

5. Alternatively, press and hold the Home button and then slide left or right until the app is deleted.

or

1. From Front Screen tap Apps button.
2. Scroll left and tap Settings.
3. Tap 'More' tab
4. Application manager
5. Running
6. Select the application you wish to stop
7. Force stop

 

If the issue still remains, please, try to follow this instruction:

  1. Delete the app;

  2. Download it again;

  3. Tap on the 'Get started' button and insert your personal details as if you’re a new user;

  4. On the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button (at the bottom of the payment screen) to be able to get back to your account and continue using the app.
