How does the app track my speed?

Our app takes information from your device's activity manager to track your steps and speed, whether the device is stationary or moving (walking/running).
Using a special formula, the app calculates how fast you’re moving with your device during a specific period of time. So if you stop, the app will show you zero for your current speed. Please note that you have to keep your phone with you for the program to display the correct data.
