How to change my daily step goal?

Please note that the WalkFit app sets up daily goals for you based on your personal parameters (for example: fitness level, personal goal, current and target weight, age, etc.). 

However, if you’d like to change your daily goals, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab.

  3. Tap on ‘Daily Goals.’

There you can change your step goal, the calories you want to burn every day, the distance you want to reach, and the amount of time to spend on a workout.
