How can I update my payment information?

Unfortunately, currently, it’s not possible to change the payment method that is linked to your subscription.

In the meantime, we can cancel your current subscription, so that you can purchase a new one using another payment method. 

If you made a purchase with PayPal and simply wish to update your credit card in the PayPal wallet, there is no need to buy a new plan. Please follow these steps: 

  1. Access your PayPal account and go to your ‘Wallet’. 

  2. 'Debit and credit cards', click Add a card.

  3. Select the card type, enter the required details, and click Save.
