How do I cancel a subscription?

First, kindly note that a cancellation should be carried out at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
There are two ways to cancel a subscription:
Сontact our support service with a request to cancel your subscription via the Contact Us form.
Cancel directly in the web user’s account. In order to do this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open this link;
2. Enter your account details: email and password.
3. Open the Account Settings tab and tap on the Subscription section;
4. In the Subscription section, you'll find a full list of your subscriptions and you will be able to cancel them.
