How to change my daily step goal?

Please note that the WalkFit app sets up daily goals for you based on your personal parameters (for example: fitness level, personal goal, current and target weight, age, etc.).

However, if you’d like to change your daily goals, just follow these steps:

  1. On the ‘Home’ tab, click on the ‘Goals’ icon in the top-left corner;

  2. Click on the ‘Edit plan’ button;

  3. Move the ‘Intensity Level’ part of the screen back and forth.

Alternatively, you can set a custom step goal by going to Settings → Personal details → Step Goal.
